The Incy Wincy Spider went up the water spout.

Well in this case, he was going down the blade of reed grass growing by a small pond. He was “incy”, only about an inch in length including those seemingly long legs. As I watched him he seemed to be working at trimming off a small thread like portion of the reed. He repeated this pattern several times letting the threads fall to the ground.

Is it just me? These little observation of behavior just lends itself to the wonder of it all. What was he doing, what is the purpose of his collecting?
