Turf wars at Bosque Del Apache, New Mexico.
This Great Blue Heron landed in the wrong place at the wrong time. Despite the over-whelming size disadvantage; agility, speed and persistence won out for this Red Wing blackbird and the Heron was forced off his perch. It took a a few rounds,but the little guy won in the end.
