I am known as an impatient man. Waiting has never been one of my virtues.
At times I find myself much like this plant. So weighed down by the seeds of thoughts, dreams, ideas and desires.
A lot of the time I never allow the time for even one of my seeds to be planted and grow. While waiting for it to sprout, I plant another.
Can one think of their A.D.D. as a gift?
“The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” 2 Corinthians 9:6
but,you do have to give the seed a chance to grow……monos en theos…..jim
Where do your ideas come from ? My problem has never been getting ideas, it is acting on them. I have been trying to apply Scott Belsky’s (BEHANCE) thoughts from his book Making Ideas Happen . He tells us that “Our ideas become less interesting as we realize the implied responsibilities and sheer volume of work required to execute them. The easiest and most seductive escape from your project is the most dangerous one: a new idea!!! New ideas offer a quick return to the high energy and commitment zone, but they also cause us to lose focus. ” ….can I get an amen ?……stay focused, stay on your journey††† nada te turbe††jim
