Photos on the journey #401

Man in the shadow.

I stole this silhouette while eating lunch on a quiet New Mexico restaurant patio . The man was so still and deep in thought. He seemed to have a little mystery about him.

I don’t generally like to snipe photos. I prefer to make my presence known, otherwise I become the man in the shadow. I am trying to not hide myself any longer. I have spent way too much time in the shadows. It can be cold there and the warmth of the sun is so much more inviting.

It was very fitting that the air was filled with these white beauties yesterday. I guess they, along with my Granddaughter (LJ) somehow knew it was going to rain. I followed this turquoise eyed one to a bush just full of  new life: blooms, bees, and butterflies.

It was a great sign of the rebirth that lives just waiting to emerge.
