So sorry for the pause in posting. My ever faithful, gorgeous wife of almost 42 years, Susan, and I went to Weatherford Tx to pick up our new  travel trailer.

Part of our self imposed rules are that we travel “blue” roads only, no interstates. So we were without internet for three days. It is kind of fun being unconnected. We stayed in a couple of Tx State parks, what a great value that is for your dollar.

We got to stay on the shore of a lake, and for a couple from west Tx, that was cool. Also saw a large number of pelicans at Possum Kingdom State Park, go figure, land locked sea birds…..
